Ihre Aufgaben

Installation & Inbetriebnahme

Montage, Verdrahtung und Inbetriebnahme von elektrischen Anlagen und Maschinen
Aufbau und Erweiterung von Industrie- und Produktionsanlagen

Wartung & Instandhaltung

Durchführung vorbeugender Wartungsarbeiten
Instandhaltung elektrischer Betriebsmittel
Sicherstellung eines störungsfreien Produktionsablaufs

Fehlersuche & Störungsbeseitigung

Analyse und Behebung von Störungen in Steuerungs- und Automatisierungssystemen
Prüfung elektrischer Komponenten mit Mess- und Prüfgeräten
Optimierung bestehender Anlagen

Dokumentation & Qualitätssicherung

Pflege technischer Dokumentationen
Arbeiten nach Schaltplänen und technischen Zeichnungen
Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Arbeitsschutzstandards

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroniker für Betriebstechnik, Industrieelektriker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erfahrung in Wartung, Instandhaltung und Reparatur von Industrieanlagen
Kenntnisse in Steuerungstechnik und Antriebstechnik von Vorteil
Sicherer Umgang mit Schaltplänen und technischen Dokumentationen
Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit und Rufbereitschaft

Your mission

Installation and Commissioning: Assembly and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment.
Maintenance and Servicing: Regular inspection, maintenance, and repair of production equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Troubleshooting and Repair: Analyzing and resolving faults in electrical systems and control technology.
Documentation: Creating and maintaining technical documentation, circuit diagrams, and maintenance logs.
Safety Standards: Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards, and implementing occupational safety measures.

Your profile

Education: Completed vocational training as an industrial electrician or a comparable qualification.
Experience: Experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial systems, ideally in surface technology.
Skills: Confident handling of technical drawings, circuit diagrams, and measuring instruments.
Work Style: Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work.
Teamwork: Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts and be on-call.
